Terms of Service

These terms apply when you activate and use a wedding website from WillowVow Studio ("WillowVow", "we"). By completing activation you agree to them. Your purchase on Etsy is also subject to Etsy's Terms of Use.
What you get
- One wedding website, built on the template you purchased, at the address you choose (your-names.willowvow.com).
- Hosting of that website for 18 months from the day it is activated, with no subscription or extra fees.
- A private panel where you can edit your website and view and download your guests' RSVPs.
Each Etsy order activates one website. Your website address can't be changed after activation.
Activation
To activate, you enter your Etsy order number, e-mail address and the template code from your PDF guide. We check each activation against our Etsy orders before approving it, usually within 24 hours. Activations that don't match a genuine order — for example, a template code shared outside the original purchase — may be declined or removed.
Your content
- Everything you add — text, photos and details — stays yours. You give us permission to store it and display it on your website so we can provide the service.
- Only upload photos and text you have the right to use.
- Don't use your website for anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading, or unrelated to your celebration (for example, advertising or collecting payments). We may remove content or suspend a website that breaks these rules.
Your guests' information
RSVPs your guests send are stored for you and shown only in your private panel. Please use your guests' information only for your wedding. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
The templates
The designs, animations and code of our templates belong to WillowVow Studio. Your purchase lets you use your template for your own wedding website hosted by us; it doesn't allow copying, reselling or redistributing the template, its code or your template code.
Availability
We work hard to keep every website fast and online, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service — short outages for maintenance or reasons outside our control can happen. If something on your website isn't working, message us and we'll fix it as quickly as we can.
When hosting ends
At the end of the 18-month hosting period your website may be taken offline. Please download your RSVP list before then. After a website goes offline we delete its content as described in our Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Because this is a digital product, returns and exchanges aren't accepted once the template code has been delivered. If your website doesn't work as described, message us on Etsy — we'll fix it, and if we can't, we'll make it right. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Etsy's purchase protection or applicable law.
Suspension
We may suspend or remove a website that breaks these terms, is linked to a fraudulent or reversed Etsy order, or puts our service or other customers at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll contact you first.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, WillowVow isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to your website is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date above, and for significant changes we'll let active customers know. The version in effect when you activated continues to cover your included hosting period.
